Received letter with document and health requirements

Some of the requiremnts were:
-$500 deposit with copy of passport
-FAFSA application
-Medical examination report by physician. Karol Marcinkowski University (KMU) didn't have a standard health report form, therefore I downloaded one from the web and had the RNP fill it out.

There were additional requirements posted on the school website which were not mentiomed in the letter. I called the NY office to clarify. The office said that TB & Hepatitis B vaccination plus medical report are required. Lady in office said not to send any original documentation such as birth certificate or passport.

Letter stated that US citizens didn't need a visa to enter Poland. Students can apply for a student visa once they are in Poland. However, I am applying for my student visa before leaving.

Remaining tuition, dorm fees are due by Sept 15.
